Does the treatment hurt?
Generally, it’s enough to apply a local anesthetic and take paracetamol by mouth. The discomfort feels like a bad sunburn.
When do you see the results?
As soon as the first four or five days (when the signs of treatment have passed), but then you keep improving for about six months.
How much time do I have to wait before going back to my everyday life?
It depends on the patient and the lifestyle. Some people can get back to business the day right after treatment. The average downtime is 4 to 5 days.
